This is a 12-week, 4 days a week strength training plan that involves a mix of compound and isolation exercises that work every major muscle group. The plan is divided into 4 phases of 2-4 weeks each, with the first phase focusing on mastering technical efficiency and volume, the second phase introducing higher intensity and specialized variations, and the third and fourth phase focusing on added strength in the same exercises.
