This is a 12-week, 5 days a week program utilizing heavy compound loading and high-intensity conditioning. The plan is divided into 4 phases, focusing on Max Effort (ME) and Dynamic Effort (DE) principles to overcome strength plateaus. 

Each week consists of 5 workout days and 2 rest days. For the 12-week strength training plan outlined, you will need access to all standard barbell equipment, racks, and conditioning tools.
